The High Line is now open! Just moments ago, Mayor Bloomberg and other city officials, local business leaders, and Diane herself, stood on the new elevated park! It will be open to the public starting tomorrow morning at 7am til 10pm. Congratulations to everyone who worked tirelessly to make this dream a reality!
